This is NOT your typical Chanhassen show! The Playhouse doors open one hour prior to show time. The show begins at 8:00 pm every Friday and Saturday night. Arrive early and order something before or during the show from our Menu or the Playhouse bar. Delicious desserts and cocktails are also available. The Stevie Ray's Comedy Troupe performs a comedy variety show of improv, sketches, and music. Improv is comedy based on audience suggestions, similar to the hit television show, "Whose Line is it Anyway?" The show is fast-paced, clean, and very funny. And if you are celebrating a birthday, company party, or other special events, just give the hostess a note when you arrive and the troupe will do something special during the show. They might even bring a member of your party on stage to join in an improv and be a star in the show. "The type of improvisation performed at Stevie Ray’s not only allows us to use audience input, but also gives us the freedom to play off holidays and events. Throughout the year, we will be adding special material and songs about themes of the day."
