The Grasshopper is CDT's most popular ice cream drink.  Since 1968, we've served over 2.5 million ice cream drinks!  Our recipe is simple: Blend 9 oz. of ice cream, add 1 oz. each of Creme de Menthe and White Creme de Cacao.  Top with 2 filberts!

Our most popular production was Grease when it played our Main Stage from October 2006 through January 2007.

Throughout CDT history there have been 74 on-stage weddings in our productions.  Seven Brides for Seven Brothers alone accounts for seven of those on-stage weddings!

Chanhassen Dinner Theatres is Minnesota's only year-round musical theatre, and the nation's largest professional dinner theatre!

In All Shook Up, the working motorcycle was powered by a drill motor!

Each year CDT serves up to 230,000 guests, which makes for a very long grocery list for our Food & Beverage department: 18 tons of prime rib; 33 tons of steaks; 1,000,000 dinner rolls; 98,000 chicken breasts; 13 tons of butter; 10,000 pints of strawberries; and enough coffee to fill an Olympic-sized swimming pool!
