Chanhassen Dinner Theatres has been entertaining guests for more than 40 years. We know the world of entertainment! As a professional theatre we only hire professional actors and musicians – so you can be confident your entertainment will be first-class. Your event will include some of the same performers you see on Chanhassen Dinner Theatres’ stages.
Our program coordinator, Michelle Barber, is a current member of Chanhassen Dinner Theatres’ acting company and has been a professional actor at Chanhassen for more than 20 years. She also serves as director for Chanhassen’s First Act Theatre Camp for kids and teens and Performance Training for adults. Her involvement in this new project was a natural fit, since she has managed and performed at multiple corporate events for companies such as Better Homes and Gardens, Dairy Queen and Dayton/Hudson Corporation.
Michelle has designed a variety of popular entertainment packages for your convenience, or she will customize a unique program for your event. From a small division meeting to a global year-end corporate extravaganza, CDT SHOWCORPS is here to meet your entertainment needs.
When you hire CDT SHOWCORPS for your event, we are able to manage all areas of production including:

Pre-Packaged Entertainment Options
Small Business
- One performer to act as MC/host of smaller event
- Performer would begin the presentation, announce speakers and/or award recipients
- No music
Revue
- Two performers; One pianist
- 20-30 minutes of entertainment specifically designed around the theme of your meeting
- Songs and snappy patter from popular Broadway musicals
- This does not include any pieces specifically written for your event.
Song And Dance
- Four performers; one pianist
- 30-45 minutes of entertainment with original material designed around your event theme
- We can incorporate your employees in the event to add an element of surprise/humor if you would like
- SONG AND DANCE is the most popular presentation we offer
Broadway Bound
- One performer to act as MC/host of smaller event
- Performer would begin the presentation, announce speakers and/or award recipients
- No music
