Experience First Act Camp!
Each summer, hundreds of kids and teens experience Chanhassen's First Act Theatre Camp. First Act is a unique camp because it is taught by the professionals seen on stage and those behind the scenes at Chanhassen Dinner Theatres. This fun-filled camp features one-week-long, half-day summer sessions for kids aged 8 to 18. Kids are divided into groups and all experience levels are welcomed. In addition to being a confidence builder, Chanhassen's camp teaches the various fundamentals of theatre in a professional theatre environment. Learn about costumes, scenery, voice, movement, acting, auditioning and more! Kids have fun learning about the wonderful world of theatre, and making new friends!
