Are you looking for a conference or meeting center to fit your budget? Chanhassen Dinner Theatres offers exceptional and extremely affordable meeting space for events of all types and sizes. Our warm atmosphere, elegant and functional meeting spaces, and professional staff make Chanhassen Dinner Theatres perfect for your next business meeting, retreat, conference, seminar or other special event.
We have a 90,000 square foot entertainment facility featuring two large event spaces, three theatres, and numerous small meeting rooms. Complete audio-visual support is available, and our on-staff meeting planners have been trained to creatively meet your every need.

| Whether hosting a small intimate meeting or a large conference, our spaces and services can be tailored to your event. Our smaller meeting rooms comfortably seat up to 30 and for larger conferences we can accommodate over 600 participants. We can also assist with securing discounted local hotel accommodations and shuttle services with area hotels, some even within walking distance.
We offer complete on-site catering services, state-of-the-art audio/visual capabilities, free wireless internet access, and free parking. If you are looking for advanced technology, reliability and convenience, you’ve come to the right place. We will help you plan and manage all the details!

Meet Halley Bechtold, Weddings & Events Manager |

A native of the Twin Cities, Halley graduated from University of Denver with a Hospitality Management and Business Finance degree. Halley's background includes experience with high-end catering, venue management, marketing, and wedding, corporate, and non-profit event planning. As a professional events coordinator, Halley has extensive experience in planning and orchestrating memorable events from the simple to the spectacular. She has produced large-scale events from start-to-finish including: conferences, weddings, and bar/bat mitzvahs, as well as a variety of smaller celebrations. As a private chef, Halley has planned, coordinated, and prepared entire meals, activities and themed décor for intimate dinners, bridal showers, birthday parties, and bachelorette parties. She has a passion for working with clients and whether it is a winter wonderland themed wedding or a Wizard of Oz themed Bat Mitzvah, she has the experience to set your imagination into motion and deliver the perfect event.
