A Charming Christmas Tale!
Another Night Before Christmas is a holiday musical jewel written by the creators of
Married Alive!. This charming two-person musical comedy takes place in Karol Elliot's New York City
apartment late on Christmas Eve. Karol is a dispirited social worker heading home for another lonely, unhappy
Christmas. Along the way she encounters a homeless man and shares some groceries with him. Later that night,
an intruder, the homeless man she’d met earlier, breaks in claiming to be Santa Claus. A "take" on the classic
poem from which it derives its name, Another Night Before Christmas is a comedic, contemporary
and timeless look at the dilemmas and joys of the holiday season. Another Night Before Christmas
should be required viewing for people who have reached the stage of no longer believing in miracles or Santa!
It’s insightful while delightfully entertaining and gives cause for us to examine our own conscience when it comes to
allowing ourselves the indulgence in merriment that Christmas brings.
